By Phone: For assistance making an ERIE® payment, call Customer Service at 1-800-458-0811. You can also make a payment through an automated phone system (Bill Matrix) by dialing 1-800-387-1492. There is a fee to use this service.
Direct Debit: Ask us about signing up for ERIE®′s monthly direct debit program. This is a monthly pay plan that will automatically debit your payment from your checking or savings account.
To pay at our office: You may also pay all your insurance invoices at Peters Insurance during our office hours:
