As a business owner, you know how complicated insurance can be. Some types of coverage are mandated by law, some by prudence. Either way, you need to have an agent who works in your best interest to minimize risk and stretch your premium dollars. With strong relationships built up over many years, our clients know and trust us to take care of their insurance needs.
Our office is in Northampton, in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. But our location is wherever you need us to be. We care for clients from the Wyoming Valley to the Brandywine Valley, from the Delaware Valley to the Susquehanna Valley. We are licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Here is a sampling of the types of insurance we offer:

Usually written for small and medium-sized businesses, this comprehensive policy combines property, liability, and business interruption coverage. BOP policies usually provide more complete coverage at a lower price than separate policies for each kind of insurance.
Property and liability risk protection that is tailored especially for your business.

Coverage to protect your business in the event of an accident, theft, or injury or other damages involving your business vehicles and staff, whether driving insured company vehicles or their own vehicles for business purposes.

This coverage is required by law to compensate and protect injured employees or their families in the event of injury, disability, or death resulting from occupational hazards. Although the state sets the rates, each insurance company may choose to offer discounts.
Coverage for your business when negligent acts (or failures to act) result in injury or property damage on your premises.
Business insurance to protect and defend you against claims should a patron of your business become intoxicated and injure themselves or others. Important coverage for businesses that manufacture, sell, serve, or in any way facilitate the use or purchase of alcohol.
This critical coverage protects you and your business if you are charged with professional negligence or failure to perform your professional duties. Everyone with professional exposure should have this insurance, i.e. optometrists, veterinarians, printers, funeral homes, etc.

Protects the directors and officers of your company if they are sued based on how they perform their company duties. It can also include Employment Practices Liability and Fiduciary Liability for coverage against discrimination and harassment suits and the handling of money. It protects you , as a board member, for claims from stockholders, employees, and clients.
Business owners are at risk for employee claims suggesting sexual harassment, discrimination, mental anguish and other allegations. If you have this exposure, you’ll want to request the addition of this coverage.

This policy covers your structure or an addition to an existing building while it is being built. The coverage amount increases as the value of the project increases with construction, and includes materials in transit. Lenders often require this insurance before they approve a loan for the project.
Loss to tools and equipment, whether at your job site or being transported between jobs, are covered by this policy.
Contractors who work in homes, schools, and child care facilities built prior to 1978 are subject to a new EPA Lead Safe Practices rule. There is insurance available to protect you from this exposure.

This type of policy supplements your commercial general liability insurance, and fills in gaps or exclusions. It usually has a high amount of coverage. If your general liability policy falls short in the event of a large loss, the umbrella policy will take care of the rest.
