New Era, New Approach, Same Great Service for Peters Insurance

Welcome to our blog. We will use this space to keep you updated on all the great new happenings here at Peters Insurance, tell you a little about ourselves, our people and our services, and keep you informed on the latest “buzz” in the insurance industry and how it affects you, your life, your property and your investments.

First of all, there have been a lot of wonderful things happening at Peters Insurance over the past few months and I wanted to take the opportunity in this initial post to tell you what we are doing and what it means for you, our customers and friends.

The first thing you will notice is our new “busy bee” logo on all of our new material. Our bee has been dubbed “David A.” as a tribute to my father, David A. Peters, who started this agency almost 35 years ago. He built this business through good, old-fashioned shoe leather, going door-to-door to meet new clients and build lasting friendships and relationships that we value today. But as we all know, the world has changed and we have to adapt.

That’s why Peters Insurance has undergone an image makeover. We worked with Sayre Design of Emmaus to create an image that evokes the friendly service you have come to expect while reaching out to new generations of friends and clients.

Sayre Design endeavored to embody qualities that everyone wants in their insurance agency—knowledgeable, confident, friendly, and fair. “We are particularly pleased that the new bee avatar, ‘David A.,’ connects the past and the present with a completely up-to-date marketing concept,” says designer Michael Sayre.  “This work correctly positions Peters Insurance now and for the future.”

Peters Insurance Debuts Friendly, Easy-To-Use New Website

One of the biggest segments in our new image makeover is the debut of our new website, which is designed to help our clients and future clients find the information they need to make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

Created by Sayre Design, the new website is bright, friendly and welcoming and, just like their new tagline, it is as “Easy as can be” to use, says Nancy Sayre.

“The new site will let visitors request a quote, pay a bill, learn how to submit a claim and discover the many types of coverage that Peters Insurance offers,” Nancy says. “The popular “About Us” page includes a short history of the agency and pictures and of each staff member so clients know who they are talking to when they call or visit.

“But the biggest benefit is that this new site offers a very easy way to communicate with their insurance agent, 24/7, for maximum convenience,” she added.

Social Networking

My father was the ultimate social networker. His clients were and are his friends. He reached out to them in their homes to make them feel comfortable and he did whatever was necessary to meet their insurance needs. But it is a different era and a different century and we want to use the tools available today to reach new clients and keep his great traditions alive.

We are going to be reaching out to people through things like this newsletter, our brand new website, social media and other ways to get the message out that “Service Above All” remains our goal. We’re excited about all the great opportunities social media offers and the fun new ways to introduce ourselves to new friends and clients.

You Can Count On Us

Our new logo and motto “Easy as can be” bring an excitement and flair that will attract new clients and reassure existing friends and clients that Peters Insurance will always be there for them. And while the Internet helps Peters Insurance reach out to a new generation, you can still be assured that the tradition of face-to-face service remains alive.

That tradition of great, friendly service is the cornerstone of Peters Insurance. It is just as important to me as it was to my dad, and I promise that we will continue to be here for our clients. We will always strive to make dealing with your insurance needs as easy as can be!
